I wanted to share information about an opportunity to join the Syngenta
Professional Solutions Field Development team. I am currently seeking an
entomologist with applied skills (a strong preference for experience in
urban, ornamental or turf entomology) to be an R&D scientist to support the
Syngenta Professional Solutions Business. They must be willing to move to
beautiful sunny CA and be close to the Visalia, CA area. This is a great
area and very close to Yosemite National Park!  It is a remote field-based
position with a territory covering the Western USA.


This is a terrific opportunity to be part of a highly motivated and
collaborative
turf, ornamental horticulture and pest management research and development
team and be an active participant in the Syngenta Crop Protection Field
Development Professional Solutions team. The individual will design,
initiate, and conduct research and development projects including lab and
field studies to support the Syngenta Professional Solutions business
(Golf, Lawn, Landscape, Ornamentals, Pest Management, and Vegetation
Management).  Build relationships with critical external cooperators to
expand testing capabilities. Complete projects as a critical part of
promoting new active ingredients or supporting current products.  Act as
Field Project Coordinator for assigned projects. Manage a region including
12 states.
