[Entm-researchstaff] Another Oracle issue found Please Read

All who are placing requests in Oracle,

If you are working on an order and have clicked into the Punchout Catalog Smart form and you see   "Request Noncatalog Item"  DON"T USE IT !!!!  This should have been removed or at least turned off since it will just create an error and your order will not work. It is in the red circle below.
