[Entm-researchstaff] Temporary Concur Login

Good Morning Entomologists,

There is a temporary way to log into Concur so that you can view or work on trips, as the R'Space app is not launching. You should be able to log in by visiting this link https://concur.ucr.edu/ and using your SSO/ NetID email.

Subject: [Concurtravelers] Known Issue - Concur Login Error


Dear Colleagues,

We have received reports of users encountering login issues with Concur Travel and Expense when accessing it through the link provided in R'Space. Our team is actively working with ITS and the Vendor to resolve this issue. In the meantime, we have an alternative solution for accessing Concur:

·         Visit concur.ucr.edu<https://concur.ucr.edu/>.

·         Enter your netid at ucr.edu<mailto:netid at ucr.edu> (e.g., laurav at ucr.edu<mailto:laurav at ucr.edu>) in the login field.

·         Select "Sign in with UCR SSO login."

This temporary solution will allow you to access Concur while we work on resolving the login issues. Once the issue is resolved, please resume accessing Concur through the R'Space portal as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience as we work toward a resolution

Furthermore, we would like to inform you that the program team is compiling a list of known finance system issues that impact various financial processes and reports. You can access this consolidated list at https://impact23.ucr.edu/known-issues-tracker.
