Hi Madison!
Thanks for your email. I am looping in Emilia (our outreach coordinator) and Dr. Baer (current outreach chair). This sounds interesting with the only concern that Mondays are departmental seminars with both ENTM 180 and ENTM 250, so it would be difficult for undergrad and grad student volunteers. Maybe we could see if staff were interested, Emilia and Boris?
