[Entm-researchstaff] [Entmfaculty] Update on Building AC/cold room

The second floor cold room is shot.  It has been turned off.  Please do not
turn it back on, as this will trigger the alarm.

If you have anything in the room, you should check and make sure it does
not need to be moved.  The temp is running about 32C.
