[Entm-researchstaff] Cold room in the chamber facility

The cold room in the chamber building has gone down. The coil blew and it
will be several days, if at all, to replace it.  We do not have a cold
trailer yet to move stuff to. So if this is critical to your program,
better get at it and start moving things to other cold rooms.
