Hello Everyone!



We are pleased to announce that we are hosting another round of *Wilderness
First Aid – CPR/AED – EpiPen Training* by Sierra Rescue!



This training is especially beneficial to any groups conducting field
research and provides detailed knowledge and practises of the types of
injuries that often occur in the field with the limited availability of
medical resources in such events.

The CPR-AED will provide participants with an official certification that
will remain valid for two years.

The EpiPen training will fulfil the requirements for Lay Rescuer training
to administer EpiPens for first aid purposes according to California
Section 1797.197a and will remain valid for two years.



The training is one 8-hour course with two possible day options. It will
take place at the EH&S Lyceum. The cost of the training is $125 per person.
Meals will not be provided so participants will need to make arrangements
for their own lunch.
