[Entm-researchstaff] Clean up Dust House (Compounding Building).

All,
We have a major rat problem at the Compounding Building (used primarily for
storage) and we need to clean up the areas around the building. There are
piles of trash, stacks of cardboard, etc. that are great for rats.  I
suspect there are even more rat resources being stored in the rooms.  All
of this material needs to go. Bill will be getting a dumpster out there.
When he does, he will let us know, and then you will have 5 days to tidy
up--both outside the facility and within your rooms. After that, it all
gets dumped.  Store it properly or lose it.

Tim,
Nematology is assigned rooms 1020, 1021, 1022, 1023.  This applies to them
as well.
