A motor for a fan has failed on the south side of the Entomology building air handler. Please let me know if your temps get to warm in the equipment rooms. I have asked that they try and cool down the water to the HVAC to see if that will help with the higher temps. If we need fans in the rooms let me know.

They will have to bring in a crane once they get the new motor to repair the fan.

Apparently a 100hp motor and the VFD failed on the air handler. We are working to procure replacements and a crane. We should know a timeline tomorrow.

We are heating up on the south side and the labs and equipment rooms are getting hot. Where are we at with getting the second fan back on line? Is there anything you can do to cool down the south side wing?
