Hello Ent. Dept.,

The EHS staff member that was due to check the Fume Hoods in Chapman and SPI didn't come on campus today so they are being rescheduled for tomorrow -

WEDNESDAY MARCH 3 at the same times.

Another EHS staff was able to complete Boyden today and they were all cleared.

Sorry for the confusion and inconvenience but that change was a bit out of my hands.

If anyone has issues with the change of inspection date for tomorrow, please let me know.

I sent this message earlier today regarding fume hood inspections by EHS in Boyden and SPI in the morning. EHS would like to add Chapman for the afternoon now.

I realize they are sending us this request late but since it will be tomorrow afternoon there is still time to inform everyone.

Once again, if there are any conflicts, please let me know and I will have them reschedule.

Subject: Fume Hood Inspection after power out- Boyden and SPI Tuesday March 2

Hello Faculty,

Once again, EHS will need to inspect the fume hoods in the buildings that had the power out last week.

EHS staff would like to come around tomorrow morning (Tuesday March 2) starting @8:30-9am to Boyden and SPI.

They have been reminded to respect all lab related Covid protocols.

Please let your staff/students know that this will be happening if you are in one of those buildings.

If there is a reason you cannot have them inspect tomorrow, please let me know ASAP and we will make sure to reschedule your particular lab.

If I don't hear from you, please assume that the inspections will go as planned.
