[Entm-researchstaff] COVID Clearance

All,
If you have submitted your vaccination records to the campus website, you
should be getting an email that states  you are now clear to come to work
without a mask for safe distancing.  The email states you can/should/may(?)
send a copy of this document to your supervisor.

For faculty and researchers, send a copy to Ashley; she is keeping a
centralized file.

For everybody else, send them to your direct faculty supervisor.
Supervisors should simply keep a copy of those  records safe.  I suggest
that you consider putting them in your lab safety manual with all  of the
other necessary records.
