[Entm-researchstaff] COVID VACCINE VERIFICATION

I just received the current list of individuals in the Department who have
submitted vaccine records to the campus website (
https://ucriverside.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_d4heACqMVngXcua).  Most
faculty, no all, are on the thing.  Few grad students and staff are showing
up.  Please be sure to do this if you are gong to be returning to work now
or soon.  The main office will be opening up on Aug. 2.  There are no
restrictions in effect at the moment EXCEPT for people who have not been
vaccinated. If you are not on this list, you will need to wear a mask, safe
distance, and have a cotton swap shoved up your nose once a week (covid
tested).  Get vaccinated and submit your records.
