[Entm-researchstaff] FedEx pickup deadline times for outgoing packages

For anyone that needs the update,
The FedEx Express deliveryman mentioned this morning that outgoing package deadlines are 3:30pm at the UCR Dock, and 4:00pm at the FedEx Ship Center on University Ave.

Dry Ice packages will still only be taken at the UCR Dock.
