This morning  a door from an exterior stairwell to the third floor was
found intentionally blocked open.   This is a huge
problem/mistake/violation.  To begin with, it totally screws up the
building circulation which is a single pass through system that helps keep
us safe (read COVID).  Second, the building is to remain locked down to
prevent unwanted and unauthorized people who may have COVID from entering
the building.  Third, it allows the same unauthorized people to roam
through the halls looking for things to grab and  go--it is a security
issue.

I remind everyone, the building is to remain locked and outside doors
closed.  All  internal doors are to remain closed as well to maintain the
single pass air system.  Please police yourselves.
