[Entm-researchstaff] Receiving hours update - Effective Monday October 19th

Entomology Department,

Effective this Monday - to facilitate the delivery of perishables during the campus closure, we are adding morning hours to our staffing in the administrative unit. Unless we are in middle of receiving packages, the door will be open from 10:00 am - noon and 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Bill and Robin have made the necessary arrangements with the loading dock staff and third party delivery drivers for us to receive items between 9:00 am - 4:00 pm daily.

If you find the door is not open during the morning and afternoon two-hour timeframe for pickup, new deliveries are being processed and the doors will remain closed until the small receiving area is cleared in adherence with COVID 19 guidelines from the CDC and UCR.

Other than keys and receiving, our administrative office remains closed until further notice. Our staff remain available remotely through email, phone and Zoom calls. Requests for keys must be made in advance through Robin Testsa, with an email copy to Bill.

Once we learn more about increasing the frequency of the mail delivery, we will let you know. If you have any further questions, please let us know.
