The Department of Biological Sciences at University of North Texas, a Hispanic-Serving Institution and a Carnegie Research Tier 1 institution, invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position (Posting # F309P) with a research focus in Invertebrate Biology. This includes (but is not limited to) development, physiology, neuroscience, biomechanics and genetics of invertebrates or environmental interactions involving invertebrates. The successful candidate will have a doctoral degree in Biological Sciences or a related field. The faculty member will participate in teaching undergraduate and graduate courses.
