[Entm-help-desk] Question about concur reimbursment

Hi Rebecca,

The approved item we have is a pre-trip request. For these Concur usually just asks the locations, funding info, and rough cost estimates. I'm going to click this "create expense report" button, which will then generate an expense report using the info from the request, same COA, dates, and locations. COA and locations can always be updated, and the estimates do not need to be exact at all until the report is actually being submitted.

Please see the tab at the top that allows you to switch between modes. You'll usually want to be in "expense" mode unless you're buying airfare, then you'd make a request on that tab and head to the "travel" tab to search airfare.

If you can email me your receipts and expense info, I'll help you set it up in the expense report. Then once you submit the trip it goes to the admin office for approval, and then on to accounting where they should then send you a check or direct deposit.

Hi!

I have an open request in Concur titled 'Eco Soc Meeting Redak Lab', and it seems to have been approved. Since I haven't been reimbursed through Concur before, I was wondering how and when I would be reimbursed for this meeting since the request seems to be approved?
