[Entm-help-desk] Concur requests

Hello,
I submitted a reimbursement request in July and it keeps getting kicked
back:

Also, I have to go into concur to see that my reimbursements haven't gone
through or have been kicked back. Is there a way to receive emails when
there is an action that I need to take in Concur? I had 2 different
requests sitting there after I submitted them weeks ago.
