[Entm-help-desk] phone landline work order

Hello,
I think we still need someone to help with our landline phone lines. The
landline number is no longer ringing across the hall but is also not
ringing in our lab. It does go to voicemail that is then received by my
email. It does not work to dial out from the lab phone either.
