[Entm-help-desk] Travel reporting issue

Hi,
I'm trying to submit travel reimbursement and I'm having trouble. When submitting a hotel, but this specific hotel is now showing up in the "Vendor" drop-down menu, and if I don't add that I can't submit the expense report. I'm trying to report the Clocktower Inn in Ventura CA. Any advice on how to proceed?
