Hi, all.

We have a visitor from Germany, Rudolf Meier, who will be giving
a departmental talk, but is also giving a FERM quarterly talk on
Saturday, Sept. 27th.

The slightly NSFW title is "Beyond Genitalia: How Automation
Lets Entomologists Spend More Time on Biology"

The meeting will be in the main Entomology building
Conference Room (where we hold the annual meeting, NOT the
Museum Classroom); we will have food and beverages around 6 PM,
and the talk will start between 6:45 - 7.

The meeting is open to everyone, but if you are not a member of
FERM (Friends of the Entomology Research Museum), we would
appreciate it if you would consider joining; annual dues are only
$10.

Since we are providing food, please RSVP to dyanega@ucr.edu if
you plan on attending.

There will be a Zoom link active when the talk begins, for those
who cannot attend in person:

Peace,
