[Entm-beu] Need your help: photos and research tables for "Bugfest" on May 29th

Dear all,

The 111th celebrations are only 21/2 weeks away....and I need your help
with two things (for now).

*"Bugfest"*The Bugfest in front of the University Theater will take place
on May 29th between 4-6PM (before the public lecture in the University
Theater featuring talks by Mark Hoddle, Mike Rust, and Elizabeth Murray).
In addition to a lavish Touch-a-Bug, we have *10 tables (photos below) for
you to recycle some of your Insect Fair activities and displays. *This
event is open to the public and we have been advertising quite
aggressively, so hopefully there will be many attendees. We will have CNAS
Science Ambassadors help during the event, and they will also "guard" our
tables while we listen to the lecture from 6-7PM.  Please sign up for your
lab or group of labs for a table or shared table

*Photos documenting history of the department. *We are gathering photos
that document the history of the department, from buildings, to photos of
faculty, students, and staff, to research in the lab and field. Eventually,
a selection of these photos will be part of a new "gallery" on our website.
We have a good number of truly historic photos (pre-1970s), but are looking
for photos documenting *the last 50 years or so of our department*. Please
upload your photos (any format is fine) to this folder
