Dear undergrads,
We have talked with Dean and this seems like a valid job opportunity. [note that his email has been modified from what was originally sent]

--------------
I am looking for a couple part-time employees for my feeder insect company that is now here in Riverside. I am currently working on securing a commercial space right down the street from campus, but in the meantime, I am situated at home in the Arlington South neighborhood near Target/Galleria at Tyler. The company is named "Feed My Chameleon LLC" ("dragonhoppers" on instagram), and I am looking to start at $20 per hour, with flexible hours. The business is currently run entirely by me and my wife. We mostly work with orthopterans at the moment, but are looking to expand into various species of lepidoptera and other insects. The job duties will mostly involve feeding insects, cleaning enclosures, and packing orders.
Current colonies include:
Schistocerca nitens
Schistocerca shoshone
Melanoplus differentialis
Melanoplus femurrubrum
Dissosteira carolina
Anacridium aegyptium (from the recently established US population)
Microcentrum rhombifolium
Scudderia mexicana
Some are available in much higher quantities than others, and we plan to diversify significantly beyond this list, in due time.
The new commercial location has been secured at the address: 1430 3rd Street, Riverside CA 92507, which from what I can tell is within a 10 minute bicycle ride from any part of campus. The full pay scale is $20-30 per hour, based on responsibilities.
Thank you for your time,
