Hello everyone,

Our colleagues at CDFA Mt. Rubidoux are running an entomology outreach
event at the Human Migration Institute <https://hmir.org> this coming *Tuesday
July 21st from 9 am to 12 pm *at 3421 Mt Vernon Ave, 92507 (Crest Community
Church) with elementary, middle, and high school students attending. The
class will include hands-on classroom activities, touch-a-bug and a walk
around the nearby garden and looked at beneficials, pests, and native
insects on the plants.

We need a few helpers to run the class. If you are available, please reply

Yes, I'm still trying to get a helper or two if anyone is available. The
outreach is from 9 am to 12 pm on the 21st, with elementary, middle, and
high school students attending. I'd probably get there an hour early for
set up. Also, last time we did a walk around the church garden and looked
at beneficials, pests, and native insects on the plants.

Hi Grace,

Yes, sounds good!  I’m copying the insect zoo team to help get the bugs
ready.  Let me know if you need some extra helpers at the event and I’ll
reach out to the department. Last year there wasn’t anyone available but I
can always try.

and I volunteered to go ahead and do it this year on the 21st (next
