Forwarded on Behalf of Dr. Reilly Brennan <*reilly.brennan at usda.gov
<reilly.brennan at usda.gov>*>:
Hi all,
We are expecting to have two ORISE fellowship openings in Manhattan, KS at
the National Bio and Agro-defense facility for eithers post bachelors or
masters in vector research.
We are looking for folks who have experience in or are interested in
learning: mosquito and tick morphological identification, molecular
workflows for pathogen detection, insectary rearing, and some other general
tick/mosquito work. Prior work in these areas is not required; and we
expect to train the fellows. This is a great opportunity to build new
skills and meet other researchers. Also, ORISE has competitive salaries and
can offset relocation.
If you know someone interested, * please* tell them to email me at
*reilly.brennan at usda.gov
<reilly.brennan at usda.gov>.*
