Dear all,

On behalf of the Entomology Department’s *Community Building Committee*, I
am writing to share a new initiative to better connect and support the
postdoctoral community at UCR.

We have created a short form to collect basic information from postdocs.
The information will be used internally to set up a dedicated email
listserv for communication, and to help us plan networking and professional
development activities tailored to their needs.

If you are a postdoc, we invite you to fill it out. And faculty, please
share this form with postdocs in your labs so we can reach as many as
possible.

*Participation is voluntary*, but we hope this will be a small step toward
building a more connected and collaborative postdoc community within our
department.
