Dear department members,

We apologize for the technical difficulties some of you experienced with
our polls, where text appeared as black or white boxes. These display
issues have been resolved.

Due to these technical problems, we have extended the poll deadline to
Friday, October 31, at 11:59 PM. If you completed any polls before, your
responses are recorded, and you do not need to resubmit.
