Dear Department Members,

We want to hear from you! Your input will help us plan coffee hours, social
events, and other activities that work for everyone in our department.
Every successful event starts with understanding what our community needs.

We've created three quick polls to gather your feedback: one to help us
plan coffee hours (finding the best times and format), another to learn
about your preferences for social events and activities, and a third to
design 3D printed merchandise for fundraising. Together, these should take
about 10-12 minutes total.

Thank you to our committee members who helped test the website and provided
valuable feedback! If you already filled out some polls during testing, you
