[Entm-beu] Take ENTM 123 and help save the world!

Dear Entomology undergraduate students,
It is no secret that people have less faith in science than in the past.
The best thing we can do to save the world from (*insert your own favorite
global issue here*) is to do a better job helping people form emotional
connections to science. Since that is outside many of our wheelhouses, Dr.
Weirauch and I designed a course (ENTM 123) to help us all get better at
science communication and outreach. The best part is that the class is
super fun! And it is 4 credits too.

In the class we cover various theories and methods in science communication
but we also put that into action by putting on a booth at the Riverside
Insect Fair, visiting schools, and designing and making outreach materials
and displays.

ENTM 123 is hands on, fun, easy to get a good grade in, and will help save
the world. Why not enroll today?
