Hey everyone,

I am looking to hold a small one-day SDM / Niche modeling in R
workshop on *Tuesday
August 19th, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.* See attached flyer for details, but
the general summary will be a hands-on activity where I walk everyone
through the steps required for assembling occurrence data, environmental
data, then fitting and projecting distribution models. Ideally everyone
will leave the workshop with relevant knowledge, skills, and a simple
distribution model of their species.

To get everyone started we will be using publicly available records of a
California species of your choosing, but these methods can be applied to
any occurrence dataset.
If you are interested in attending please fill out this *google form*
<https://forms.gle/FvB2841pVAm3Veww9>, and reach out to me with any
questions. Space is limited but do share with anyone you think would be
benefitted!

Cheers,
Ben
