Hello!

My name is Colin Krisulevicz, and I'm a Junior Specialist here in the
Entomology Department. I'm moving across the country for grad school to
begin in January, and I'm urgently looking for someone to replace my
current lease for the period of January 1 through August 31 here in
Riverside (with the ability to renew!). I'm hoping with the new quarter
starting soon, there might be someone out there looking for housing.

It's a private furnished bedroom and bathroom in a house on Spruce Street.
It is available to undergrads, graduate students, and other
university-associated positions (Techs, specialists, etc.). Rent is $1,100
per month + utilities, and I'm willing to negotiate covering some of the
rent for the remainder of my lease! It has a shared kitchen/living space,
washer and dryer, tons of parking, a security system, and access to
Sugarloaf Mountain right in the backyard. It's a friendly, quiet
environment that I've enjoyed living in; I'm only moving because of my
career.
