I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in a *female-only shared
house* within walking distance of UCR campus and Goodwin's Organic Food
Store.

   - *Availability:* Sept 23, 2025 – May 31, 2026 (flexible for an earlier
   move-in if needed)
   - *Room:* 1 bedroom with 1 shared bathroom
   - *Rent:* $750/month
   - *Utilities:* Shared among housemates, paid directly to the landlady
   - *Lease:* Contract is directly with the landlady

The house is in an excellent location for UCR students, is safe, and comes
with a welcoming household environment.
