Hello! We have an invitation to participate in this outreach event at the
California Botanic Gardens. I know some of you have participated in the
past and found the event enjoyable and fulfilling. As it is not one for
which I can serve as a backup presenter or run on my own, I want to gauge
interest for this year before committing. Please let me know by this Friday
morning if you would like to table this event. If we do not have a quorum
confirmed, I will decline our participation for this year.

on Friday, October 17th and Saturday, October 18th from 5:30-9pm.
