[Entm-beu] Highlander Day hep - Saturday April 12

Dear all,

We are looking for happy volunteers for Highlander Day on Saturday April 12. This is a big recruitment day for us! Your participation is critical.

Note that we will be running 11 tours of the Entomology Building and Museum, so there will be some shuttling of new students and their families. We will also have lots of insects to show off…. and these count as outreach hours!

So that we can keep this organized in one place, please fill out the attached google sheet so that we know when you can help out.

Take down is at 2:30 but CNAS would like a faculty volunteer (or two) to attend a family meet and greet that they are setting up (2:30-3).

We will be migrating stuff down to the tables at 8:30 from the entomology building.
