[Entm-beu] Fwd: [EGSA] Birdwatching Hike on 4/11 at 10AM🐦‍⬛

Hi everyone!

Hope you all are having a great start to the quarter. EGSA will be having a
birdwatching hike on *Friday, April 11 at 10AM* in the *UCR Botanical
Gardens*. We will *meet in the ENTM courtyard at 10AM* and walk together to
the botanical gardens. After the hike, we can stop by Biz Cafe for some
drinks.

You don't have to have prior experience with birding, because we will teach
you the basics! Or you can simply join for the hike. If you do want to do
some birdwatching, I recommend downloading a free app called *Merlin Bird
ID*, which can identify birds by recording their sounds. Make sure to
download the US West Coast package in the app before the hike. You can
bring your binoculars too if you have any.
