Dear Faculty,



Please encourage promising so/jr undergraduate researchers to apply for the
Goldwater Scholarship.  In addition to funding, this scholarship is a great
opportunity for students to refine their oral and written skills.  CUREL
provides writing support and mentorship to help students develop
competitive applications.  18  UCR students have won this award since 2013,
and have gone on to prestigious graduate programs.  Please help us connect
students to this award by forwarding the announcement below or responding
to this email with the name and contact information for a student you wish
to nominate.
