Hi all,


See below for information on check-in and parking for insect fair!


Check-In

Please have a representative from each Lab Booth check-in at the Info Booth and we will provide you with linen, vendor badge, and a vendor packet which will include all of the information for the day, just in case you receive questions from guests.

Stickers and signage for the passport will be provided at check-in.


Parking

Vendor Parking is available at the Riverside Chamber Commerce, however the spots are limited so they might be filled by the time you arrive. If so, parking is available at the local garages for $5.00 for the day. (Map Attached)


 Passports

Guests are encouraged to visit each UCR Booth. If visitors have a passport (see attached) they will need to interact with your lab to receive a sticker. If they complete the passport they can turn it into the Info Booth for Pin.
