Hello all,


I am moving out of town and looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease, with the option to extend. The lease start date is flexible, preferably we would have someone come by the end of April.


The house currently has two male full-time and one part-time female resident; all three are UCR graduate students. The part-time resident has a wonderful dog that loves all humans; unfortunately, he is not yet ok with other pets. The house is hoping for another graduate student to join. The environment is chill in that roommates are happy to spend time together and/or leave one another their space. As a house, we like cooking, playing board/video games, and gardening. All occupants have been vaccinated but continue to keep a small bubble.


The room is on the first floor and shares a bathroom with the part-time resident. There is another room available on the second floor, so if there are two of you, do not hesitate to reach out. The landlord has expressed openness to synchronizing the lease terms.


The house has a maintained pool, the residents only have to add water to maintain the correct level. There is a garden plot in the backyard. On-site washer and dryer. Location-wise, it is near 2 trailheads (Sugarloaf and 2 Trees). Being 0.5 miles from campus, it’s easy to bike or walk to school. There is a local park that is a 3 minute walk away.
