[Entm-beu] Evolution of Insect Genomes (ENTM149/249)

The course Evolution of Insect Genomes (ENTM149/249) will be offered in Spring
2021 by Dr. Allison Hansen to advanced undergraduates (e.g. taken 5A, 5B,
and 5C already) and graduate students in Spring 2021. This course most
likely will not be offered next year so take advantage of it this spring.



-Learn genomics and bioinformatics through an evolutionary lens focusing on
the most species rich group of animals, the Insects.



-Get hands on experience to explore the genomic basis of key insect
innovations, such as flight, chemoreception, sociality, pesticide
resistance, and host plant specialization



-No coding experience needed
