*Mellon Mays Undergraduate Fellowship Program*

You are eligible to apply if you:

   - are interested in how research works
   - are thinking about graduate school in the humanities or one of the
   other Mellon-supported disciplines [see the list of eligible majors]
   - have a 3.3 GPA or above
   - will have completed at least 90 units by the end of Spring quarter 2025
   - will graduate in June 2028 or later


The Mellon Mays Undergraduate Fellowship (MMUF) is a prestigious and
competitive two-year research and mentorship program at UC Riverside. The
program provides financial support, research mentorship, and preparation
for graduate school in a small cohort of undergraduate fellows. If you are
selected, your fellowship would begin Summer 2026 and continue for your
next two years at UC Riverside.
