[English-undergrad] Department of English Conference Travel Funding for Undergraduates

Good afternoon.

I am writing to share information about conference travel funding.

The Department of English will provide a reimbursement award of $250 to
undergraduates who present at an academic conference during the Fall 2025
term. Our intentions are to reimburse students for some of their
conference-related expenses.

Those who wish to apply for an award should email the following documents
to me prior to Monday, December 1, 2025:

   - Copy of presentation acceptance
   - Budget of total expenses
   - Copies of conference-related expenses
