2012 Donate-A-Cell Phone Campaign

During the month of October, the Women's Resource Center will be collecting deactivated wireless cell phones.  All phones collected will be donated to the Wireless Foundation, a non-profit organization, to be reprogrammed to access 911 and providing air time to potential victims of domestic/relationship violence in recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month.  Any and all wireless cell phones are accepted regardless of model, make and age.

Your cell phone donation may be made in person at the Women's Resource Center, 260 Costo Hall or via campus mail.  A tax-deduction form may also be obtained when you donate a phone.

NOTE:  Campus departments wishing to donate old phones purchased with University funds must contact Equipment Management prior to donation.
