UWP Lecturers A Question about Sight and Blindness in Literature

Everyone,

Greetings! I am now writing a book on blindness and sight in literature, 
film, and criticism:  I wonder if any of you can recommend any literary 
works or films or art in which the blind appear or which have interesting 
passages on sight or blindness, imagery or themes of sight and/or blindness, 
etc.?
