[Englecturers] FW: Humanities Annual Evacuation Exercise

Dear All,

 

Please see the message below.  The alarms will go off at approximately
10:50am this Thursday, May 8th.  We will evacuate the building and meet in
the courtyard.  Please evacuate the building, shut your office door,  and
take your personal belongings with you.  I will be standing in the courtyard
with a clipboard checking people off as they check in with me.

Please let this email serve as notification that your building, Humanities
and Social Sciences, is scheduled to undergo its annual evacuation exercise
using the buildings fire alarm system on Thursday, May 8th, from 10:50 am
to 11:00 am.  Please make notifications to your BES and building occupants.
We will post the building with signage at least 24 hours in advance of your
exercise.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me.
