[Englecturers] Scanning Function on English Dept Copier

  Greetings All,

  Some people may be unaware that the copier in the
  English Department has a scanning function that
  converts normal documents to .pdf documents and
  sends them to your UCR email account.  This is a
  great tool and a great way to save paper by posting
  various assignments in .pdf form to your Blackboard
  courses.

  Anyway, the scanning function works similarly to the
  copy function; however, you need to have your email
  address logged into the copier by Susan Brown, and
  there is a brief tutorial of about 1 minute to learn
  how to use it once your email address is logged.
