[Englecturers] on-line course for all BW classes

Dear Instructors,

The on-line course for the winter offers students all new 
materials, readings and exercises.  It is a repeatable unit.  
Even students who passed the L course in the fall are 
expected to enroll in it again this quarter.

Please remind and encourage your students to become active 
participants in the on-line instruction available to them.
