  American Literature Association Conference 
San Francisco, CA (May 25-28, 2006) 
   
  I know this is somewhat last minute, but we are trying to to assemble a
panel on teaching any of the novels or short fiction of Tim O'Brien in a
university classroom for the 2006 American Literature Association Conference
in San Francisco, CA (May 25-28). The specific approach is fairly open, but
do try to address pedagogical issues surrounding O'Brien's fiction.
   
  Send a 200-350 word abstract along with your CV, by January 20, 2006 to:
