[Englecturers] handbook workshop and lunch

Dear Instructors,

We will be having a lunch and workshop to introduce the new 
handbook selected for next fall beginning at noon on May 10.  
The McGraw-Hill Handbook is the first handbook to come out in 
20 years.  It was written by Elaine Maimon, a highly regarded 
scholar in the field of composition.  If we are lucky, she 
will conduct the workshop in person.  In any case, we are 
very excited about this new text and encourage you to attend 
the presentation if possible.  In order to plan the food, we 
do need a rough estimate of the number of people who will 
attend.  If you are planning to come, please reserve your 
lunch by letting me know before May 3.
