Oakland University is about 15 minutes from where I spent the
majority of my 24 years. My girlfriend also got her B.A. in
English from there and is familiar with many of the faculty
members. If any applicants have any questions that I or my
girlfriend might be able to answer about the area, character
of the program, etc., feel free to email me or talk to me if
you see me.
