Subject: CFP: ESQ: A Journal of the American Renaissance (ongoing; journal)

The editors of ESQ: A JOURNAL OF THE AMERICAN RENAISSANCE are now
considering new essays for possible publication in late 2006 and 2007
issues. We invite submission of original articles and notes on
nineteenth-century American literature, welcome work grounded in a
wide range of theoretical and critical perspectives, and encourage
inquiries proposing submissions and projects. Essays will be reviewed
thoughtfully and promptly.

Electronic submissions, in Rich Text or Microsoft Word format, are
preferred; send to argerj at mail.wsu.edu.

Print submissions should include two copies of the typescript as well
as provisions for the return of one copy, if desired. Send to:
   The Editors, ESQ
   Department of English
   Washington State University
   Pullman, Washington 99164-5020

To aid blind review, the author's name should not appear on the essay
itself, whether in print or in electronic form.
